How to Configure APN Settings on iPhone

Can't connect to the internet even though you have signal? Learn how to configure APN settings for your eSIM on iPhone devices to fix connection issues.

Configure APN Settings on iPhone

If you have signal bars but no internet connection, you need to configure your APN settings manually. This takes 2 minutes.

Step 1: Get Your APN

  1. Log in to your Soovia account
  2. Go to My eSIMsView Details
  3. Find your APN value (shown below the QR code)
  4. Write it down or screenshot it

Step 2: Open iPhone APN Settings

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Cellular
  3. Tap your eSIM
  4. Tap Cellular Data Network

⚠️ Don't see this option?

Contact [email protected] - your carrier may not allow manual APN configuration.

Step 3: Enter Your APN

  1. Under CELLULAR DATA, tap the APN field
  2. Type your APN value (from Step 1)
  3. Scroll down to LTE SETUP
  4. Enter the same APN value again
  5. Leave all other fields blank

Step 4: Restart iPhone

  1. Press Power + Volume Down
  2. Slide to power off
  3. Wait 10 seconds, turn it back on
  4. Wait 1-2 minutes

Done!

You should see 4G/5G and have internet access. Try opening Safari.


Still Not Working?

Check Data Roaming

Settings → Cellular → [Your eSIM] → Turn ON Data Roaming

Toggle Airplane Mode

Turn Airplane Mode ON → Wait 10 seconds → Turn OFF
