These Terms govern your use of Soovia eSIM services. Please read carefully before purchasing or using our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Soovia LTD ("Soovia", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of our eSIM services. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

• If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

• These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and purchasers.

2. Services

Soovia provides digital eSIM profiles and data connectivity services for compatible devices worldwide. Our services include:

• Purchase and activation of prepaid eSIM data plans.

• Access to mobile networks in 100+ countries.

• Customer support via email and online channels.

• Data usage tracking and account management.

3. Eligibility and Account

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.

• Use an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device.

• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Not share your account with unauthorized third parties.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Payment and Pricing

All purchases are subject to the following payment terms:

• Prices are displayed in USD and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is required in full before eSIM activation.

• We use secure third-party payment processors including Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

• Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

• Failed or declined payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Unused eSIMs may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if not yet activated.

• Once an eSIM is activated (connected to a mobile network), it is non-refundable.

• Refunds for technical issues caused by our service will be issued at our discretion after investigation.

• No refunds will be issued for user errors, device incompatibility, or misuse of the service.

• Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] with your order number.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing eSIM profiles without authorization.

• Using the service for illegal activities, fraud, or to harm others.

• Excessive data usage that disrupts network performance (e.g., continuous torrenting, large-scale downloads).

• Attempting to bypass, hack, or reverse-engineer our services or systems.

• Violation of any local, national, or international laws or regulations.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOOVIA PROVIDES SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• Guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.

• Accuracy or reliability of data, speeds, or coverage in any location.

• Compatibility with all devices, networks, or operating systems.

We do not guarantee specific network speeds, coverage areas, or service availability, as these depend on third-party mobile network operators.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• Soovia LTD, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

• We are not liable for losses caused by network interruptions, third-party service failures, device incompatibility, or force majeure events.

• Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions or limitations of liability, so the above may not fully apply to you.

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in that policy.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

• We detect fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.

• Your payment fails or is reversed.

• We discontinue our services or operations.

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any unused data or credits, without refund.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

• You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us before initiating legal proceedings.

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
